Hostels & accommodation

Bring stays, doors and parking together.

Manage guest permissions, access schedules and vehicle entrances with Lexoh. Connect your booking software to site equipment to support each stay, from arrival to departure.

Workflow: Bring stays, doors and parking together.
Hostels & accommodation

The right access for every guest and every stay.

Give your team the tools to authorize entry, change access periods and find events. Guests reach the spaces included in their stay; reception stays in control of exceptions.

Lexoh combines access-control software, readers and connected equipment. Reservations can feed permissions through a suitable integration; room availability and sales functions remain in the selected accommodation software.

Accommodation

One room, one stay period

Room permission follows the agreed period. Extensions and early departures update access through the integrated workflow.

01 / Rooms & beds

Welcome the guest. Keep control of the spaces.

Bring together the access needed for the stay: the building entrance, room and configured shared areas. Permissions by zone distinguish guest spaces, staff access and shared facilities. For a private room or a dormitory, reception can organize permissions around the person and the intended period. Integration with the accommodation software links those permissions to the reservation according to the agreed workflow.

  • Room or bed inventory owned by the booking system
  • Room readiness and access activation distinguished
  • Shared-space permissions defined by the stay
02 / Parking included

Make parking part of the guest journey.

Offer a welcome that starts at the barrier. A vehicle-specific period can allow arrival before the room is ready and departure after the room has been vacated. Parking can be included in your stay offer or sold separately through your sales system. Lexoh manages the configured entrance permission; a guaranteed stall also relies on the capacity-management arrangement.

  • Parking included in a stay or sold separately
  • Arrival and departure windows specific to the vehicle
  • Vehicle changes and multiple-vehicle policies
03 / Stay changes

Adapt access when plans change.

Extend a period, support a room move or end a permission at departure. Your team keeps a clear view of which permissions need changing. With a suitable integration, reservation changes feed the agreed access workflow. For a room transfer, allow time to move luggage before removing the former permission.

  • Extensions and early departures
  • Room changes with an agreed transition period
  • Cancellation and refund behavior defined separately
OFFER & JOURNEY

An extended stay. Access that follows.

An extension should update the room, shared spaces and parking according to the agreed rules. The workflow also includes reception checking the result.

ADMISSION & PERMISSIONS

Every space has its own access window.

One reservation can connect several permissions without giving them identical hours. Define when each starts and ends according to your reception policy.

A welcome that starts at the parking gate.

Connect vehicle arrival, building entry and the room to the stay. Give the team a clear role in activating, changing and removing permissions.

  1. Before arrival: check the confirmed stay and delivery of the configured credential.
  2. During the stay: apply an extension, room move or vehicle change.
  3. At departure: verify the end of permissions and any remaining parking period.

Support the moments that do not follow the schedule.

01

Late arrival

Define credential delivery, guest identification and the contact available when reception is closed.

02

Lost credential

Set the replacement process and revocation of the former credential, using the supported equipment and interfaces.

03

Shared room

Keep the bed reservation distinct from room entry, so one guest’s departure does not remove another guest’s rights.

04

Offline operation

Lexoh devices can communicate locally through the mesh network. Review prepared access rights, lock behavior and booking synchronization for the installed system.

Readers, doors and vehicle access, designed together.

Use the appropriate Lexoh QR or RFID reader at the entrances included in the project. Existing hotel locks need a model and interface review; compatibility should not be assumed from the credential type. Vehicle barriers serve parking access, while a pedestrian lane may suit a shared facility where controlled passage is required.

Your questions, before the project.

This solution focuses on connecting reservations to physical access. Room or bed inventory, rates, booking channels and housekeeping must be scoped with the accommodation software. This page does not establish those functions as standard Lexoh modules.

Yes, the project can define both permissions around the same stay. The room and parking windows can differ. Confirm the required booking and lock interfaces, vehicle rules and change handling.

Provide the manufacturer, model, installed software and available interfaces. The project team must confirm the supported integration; sharing RFID technology does not establish compatibility.

Include late arrival in the project: identification, delivery of the configured credential, the time access begins and the assistance route. Test it with the actual door and vehicle equipment before relying on the workflow.

The source reservation should update the existing permissions rather than create unrelated duplicate access. Define the effective end time and how reception checks that the room and parking changes reached their destinations.

Share the product and interface details. Review reservation creation, changes, cancellations and ownership of the record. A supported connector or custom integration must be confirmed for the systems involved.
