Washing, access and operations across the territory.

The Lexoh project in the MRC de Témiscouata brings together 14 LMS-145 wash stations with payment terminals, 13 launches with LCB-30 control enclosures and barriers, and 26 cameras with cloud recording. Online annual subscriptions, custom RFID cards and a call-centre service connect the field equipment with user access and assistance.

The project combines wash equipment and access points across 22 sites. Wash stations and controlled launches are different functions; their counts should not be added to infer a number of unique locations.

    Fourteen wash stations

    Each LMS-145 wash station includes a payment terminal for the washing interaction.

  2. 02
    Thirteen controlled launches

    LCB-30 control enclosures and barriers manage the access points at the boat launches.

  3. 03
    Outage-opening modules

    The project record includes barrier-opening modules for electrical or Internet outages. For a comparable site, specify and test the expected response for each type of outage.

    Twenty-six cameras

    Cameras with cloud recording support the network’s video monitoring.

    Annual subscriptions and cards

    The online subscription platform manages annual cards. The project uses custom RFID cards printed on both sides.

    User assistance

    A call-centre service supports users who need help with the access journey.

    Get the card

    Purchase or renew online, then arrange postal delivery or pickup.

  2. 02
    Wash

    Scan the card at a recognized station and complete the wash cycle.

  3. 03
    Launch

    Use the paper or digital QR code within the published validity window. Consult the MRC for current conditions and exceptions.

Planning a comparable regional network

Define the rules and responsibilities at each site.

A regional deployment needs a shared operating plan and site-by-site acceptance checks.

Separate equipment quantities, user permissions and recorded activity when specifying the system.

    Map the equipment

    Identify the wash units, launch controllers, barriers and cameras at each location. A site can provide more than one service.

  2. 02
    Test the access rules

    Agree which credentials each launch accepts, expiry rules and the treatment of entry and retrieval. Test valid, expired and revoked access.

  3. 03
    Prepare assistance and reporting

    Define outage and support procedures. Report washes and launch passages separately, with dates and clear counting rules.
