RFID access key fobs

Your access. With your keys.

A compact credential to keep on your keyring. Make everyday access easier for residents, employees and members with a key fob suited to your site’s readers.

Three dark blue Lexoh key fobs with metal rings, logo and QR marking

A simple gesture. Clearly defined permissions.

The key fob presents an identifier to the reader. Access control checks its associated permissions before allowing passage. Doors and schedules stay managed in the system as people arrive, change roles or leave.

01

Assign

Associate the fob with its holder and intended permissions. Distinguish personal credentials from replacement stock.

02

Present

The user presents the fob to a compatible reader. Keeping it on a keyring makes it easy to find during everyday use.

03

Manage

Adjust permissions as the holder’s needs change. If a fob is lost, revoke its identifier before activating a replacement.

A compact format for regular access.

Residential buildings and condos

Give residents the intended access to entrances and shared areas. Keep occupant, staff and contractor permissions distinct.

Employees and teams

Match access to doors, areas and working schedules. Update permissions when an employee changes roles.

Members and subscribers

Associate the fob with the approved access period. Define included spaces and hours according to your operations.

Parking access

Use a compatible reader within the driver’s reach. For vehicle identification at a distance, consider a UHF credential and the appropriate reader.

Choose the format. Check the technology.

A credential on your keyring

A ring makes it easy to carry with keys. Markings and a visual reference help distinguish units according to the selected model.

Specific compatibility

Frequency, chip family, encoding and reader requirements must match. The RFID label alone does not establish compatibility.

Managed permissions

The credential identifies; the system decides. Permissions, schedules and revocation procedures are managed by authorized accounts.

The right credential for your reader.

For a first order or replenishment, share the reader reference and the credentials currently in use. An on-site trial helps validate reading and assignment before introducing the new format more widely.

Key fob questions

No. Check frequency, chip, encoding and the reader’s security requirements. Share your installation references to select a compatible credential.

Yes, when the readers are compatible and the holder’s permissions allow access to those doors. The number of doors and authorized areas depend on system configuration.

Report the loss to the responsible team. Revoke the old identifier in the system, then assign a replacement according to your procedure.

A printed QR and an RFID chip are separate reading methods. The QR’s purpose, content and support by an optical reader must be defined separately.

Do not assume reading distance from the credential’s shape. For vehicles, assess range with the technology, reader, antenna and installation conditions.

Provide the existing credential reference, reader reference and desired quantity. Technology and assignment procedures must remain compatible with the installation.

Equip your next user.

Share your readers, intended use and required quantity. We will help select key fobs for your installation.
