Connected solution

The reader, barrier and outdoor approach.

The photographs show how the access equipment sits beside an unpaved lane. The reader and barrier have separate supports, leaving the approach and driver stopping position visible.

  1. 01
    Standalone reader

The project uses a standalone reader beside the vehicle lane. The close view shows its pedestal and concrete base, with the barrier installed farther along the approach.

  2. 02
    Outdoor barrier

The installation photographs show the barrier arm raised. A wider view includes the lane and neighbouring campsites, helping place the equipment in its operating environment.

Planning an outdoor lane

Start with the approach, stopping point and clearances.

For a similar campground, send a lane plan and photographs taken from both directions. Review these site conditions with the installer before choosing equipment or mounting positions.

  1. 01
    Cars, trailers and service vehicles

Identify vehicle types, turning space and where the driver will reach the reader. Check the available clearance and the space needed for a vehicle to wait without blocking another route.

  2. 02
    Groundwork, power and cable routes

Show the proposed bases, cable paths and power supply on the plan. Assign responsibility for excavation, drainage, electrical work and restoration of the lane surface.

  3. 03
    Operating season and acceptance

State when the lane operates and how the surroundings are maintained. Confirm model-specific environmental limits, vehicle-detection and safety requirements, assistance arrangements and acceptance tests for the proposed installation.
