Your site. Your priorities. A plan that fits.

A Lexoh installation at Collège Sainte-Anne

Sound familiar?

Your parking should bring in revenue. Not more work.

When the gate, the payments and the day-to-day upkeep all depend on you, there is less time left to run your business.

  • Payments that are hard to follow

You spend too much time reconciling records and figuring out what was paid.

  • Another call from the entrance

A driver needs help, the lane is waiting, and your team has to step away again.

  • Too many sites. Not enough visibility.

You want to know what is happening without having to be everywhere at once.

  • Maintenance that comes back to you

Paper, tickets, cash collection and equipment checks become another list to manage.

Why choose Lexoh?

Look beyond the gate. Compare the whole operation.

Help a driver at the kiosk, diagnose a connection, schedule operating work or manage the back office. These four areas show how far the platform goes beyond opening a gate.

Review the equipment before taking action.

Use the device record, reported state and recent activity to investigate a problem before deciding whether it needs a permitted remote action or a site visit.

  • Site and device records in Security Center
  • Reported device status and available operating events
  • Camera context, entry history and remote barrier controls
  • Hybrid cloud management and offline mesh communication

Ask any supplierWhich device states, event records and remote commands are available for the proposed equipment and operator role?

See operator tools

Schedule the work. Stop repeating it.

Use scheduled tasks for recurring operating jobs. Report delivery, entity updates and configuration changes can run on a schedule instead of waiting for an operator to repeat them.

  • Automatically send reports on a schedule
  • Scheduled entity updates
  • Scheduled configuration changes

Ask any supplierWhich tasks can run automatically: report delivery only, or entity and configuration changes too?

Explore scheduled tasks

Find the context. Not just the event.

Move from the site overview to device events and available video. Use the equipment and time involved to narrow an investigation.

  • Operations, accounting and general overview dashboards
  • Easy-to-follow timelines
  • Event filters and available video context

Ask any supplierCan staff move from a site overview to the relevant equipment, event and available recording without losing the investigation context?

Explore Security Center

Connect sales, purchases and reporting.

Keep customer sales, supplier purchases and payment records available for follow-up in Lexoh Security Center. Review the related accounting reports and exports with the team responsible for the books.

  • Point of sale, customer sales and supplier purchases
  • Accounting reports including the general ledger and XLSX exports
  • Receipt and transaction follow-up

Ask any supplierWhich sales, purchase and accounting records can your team review and export, and what remains in an external accounting system?

From arrival to departure

Simple for drivers. Connected for you.

PARCS (Parking Access and Revenue Control System) connects vehicle identification, access rules, payments and operating records. Lexoh coordinates these steps from arrival to departure.

  1. A driver arrives

The selected reader or camera presents a plate, card or QR code to the access system. Confirm the compatible equipment and credentials for each lane.

  2. The system checks the visit

Parking rights, permits, schedules and payment conditions are checked against your site rules.

  3. The lane keeps moving

The barrier opens for authorized vehicles. Drivers follow your site's entry and exit flow.

  4. You keep the overview

Entry, exit and transaction records remain available to your team and authorized remote operators.

Lexoh Security Center

A driver needs help. Your team can act.

Start with the device record, reported connection state and recent events. Review available camera context and use only the controls permitted for the equipment and your operator role.

Find the device

Open the site and equipment record to identify the entrance involved.

Review the available context

Check the reported device state, recent events and associated camera view before choosing an intervention.

Act with the right permission

Use supported barrier commands only within the operating procedure and permissions assigned to your role.

Deployment and service scope

Cloud management. Local operation through a mesh network.

Lexoh combines cloud management with offline operation. Its mesh network allows configured devices to communicate locally without internet. The project scope defines hosting, operator permissions, support and recovery responsibilities for your installation.

Record the commitments in your project scope.

HostingLocation and responsibility
Record where the application and records will be hosted, who administers them and how authorized staff obtain access.
BackupsSchedule and retention
Confirm what is backed up, how often, how long copies are retained and who monitors failed backups.
RestorationRecovery checks
Agree the restoration procedure, acceptable data loss and recovery time. Request evidence of a representative restore test.
ConnectivityCloud and local dependencies
Identify which access, payment, video and assistance functions require a connection, and test the agreed outage procedure.
PermissionsOperator and administrator roles
Define who can view records, change configuration, issue remote commands and export information.
SupportEscalation and service hours
Name the first contact, the on-site responsibilities and the response commitments included in the service agreement.

Local access during an internet outage.

Configured Lexoh devices communicate through the local mesh network when the internet connection is interrupted. Access continues according to the installed equipment and locally available permissions. Equipment must remain powered. Remote management, payment processing and live assistance have separate connectivity requirements; the commissioning tests cover those services and the recovery sequence.

Ask any supplierAsk for the proposed architecture, service responsibilities and acceptance checks for your site. Confirm which operations remain available during an outage and how records are recovered.

Hosting, backup frequency, restoration targets and service availability must be confirmed for the selected deployment.

Beyond the installation

You do not have to do it all yourself.

Choose equipment protection, help running the site, or both. We stay involved long after the installation.

Optional warranty add-on

Lexoh Care

Keep the equipment covered. Keep moving.

An optional warranty add-on: covered equipment is repaired, replaced or upgraded at no additional cost. One less equipment expense to work through when your site needs support.

  • Equipment repairs
  • Equipment replacement
  • Equipment upgrades
  • No additional cost for covered work

Coverage and eligibility are defined in your Lexoh Care agreement.

Remote operations + on-site maintenance

Lexoh Managed Operations

Your parking runs. You get on with your business.

Let our call centre assist drivers and our team manage operations remotely. On site, preventive maintenance takes care of the physical details that software alone cannot handle.

  • Call centre and remote site operations
  • Paper and ticket replenishment
  • Cash collection from payment equipment
  • Mechanical inspections and adjustments

Service hours, responsibilities and maintenance visits are agreed for your site.

Changing systems should not mean starting from scratch.

We review what you already have, what can stay and how to make the transition work for your team.

  1. Review your site

Map your lanes, traffic, existing equipment and operating needs.

  2. Connect the system

Coordinate the equipment, software, access rules and payment flow.

  3. Commission and support

Test real journeys, train your team and establish the service plan.

Before we get started

Your questions, answered.

What is a PARCS parking system?

PARCS (Parking Access and Revenue Control System) brings together the equipment and software used to manage parking access and revenue. Lexoh connects identification, barriers, payment workflows and operating records with remote management and reporting.

What happens if the network connection goes down?

Lexoh has a hybrid cloud and offline architecture. The local mesh network lets configured devices communicate without internet, while access follows the permissions and equipment available on site. This does not replace the power supply or the connections required by remote assistance and payment services. The site acceptance tests cover allowed and refused access, outages and recovery.

Do we have to replace all our existing equipment?

Not necessarily. We first review your barriers, readers, kiosks, cameras and communications. Equipment can be retained when its condition and interfaces are compatible with the proposed system.

Is Lexoh Care included automatically?

Lexoh Care is an optional warranty add-on. Under the agreed coverage, equipment is repaired, replaced or upgraded at no additional cost. We confirm the covered equipment and eligibility with you before the agreement begins.

What does Lexoh Managed Operations include?

It combines a call centre and remotely managed operations with on-site preventive maintenance. This includes paper and ticket replenishment, cash collection, and mechanical inspections and adjustments. Service hours, responsibilities and the maintenance schedule are defined for your site.

How should we estimate the financial benefit?

Compare your current labour, incident costs and revenue records with the proposed equipment, installation and recurring expenses. Use site-specific assumptions and review a conservative scenario. Automation does not guarantee a particular revenue increase.

What should we prepare for a first conversation?

Your site location, approximate parking capacity, number of lanes, existing equipment and main operating challenges are a useful starting point. Tell us whether you want to manage the site yourself or delegate some or all of the operations.
